Solving Multiplication problems with 2 Digit numbers

My Reflection

I have been learning to solve multiplication problems with 2 digit numbers.  I used place vale to solve this problem.  I found this tricky because i had to find out the Answer while i had to record and the answer to my Question was a very hard Question is 27x6 the answer was 162 it was very hard to solve it that is why i took so long to figure it out and to upload it to my blog.  Mu next step is to solve division problems with remainders.

Ordering an explanation

                                   My Reflection 

We have been learning about the structure and order of writing an explanation.  We had to put the piece of writing in the correct order.  I found this easy because all we did was read the text and put them in the correct order.  My next step is to write my own explanation.

Classifying Celebrations

My reflection

We have been learning about celebrations.  There are different types of celebrations. We had to talk 

about there celebrations and decide what type of celebration they where.  I found this easy because 

all i needed to do was to decide what celebration was going in what group.

Comparing Celebrations

My Reflection 

We have been learning to compare and contrast different celebrations.  My group researched Information about the Moon festival.  Something I found interesting was the moon festival is celebrated on many different day´s every year.  Next we worked with another group and used a Venn diagram to compare our celebrations. Things that were the same were the Special foods and the dancing, celebrating with friends and family, celebrate the myths and the legends.  My next step is to put more detail and information in the Venn diagram.

Responding to a text

      

My Reflection 
I have been learning to respond to a text using my prior knowledge and experace. We read a Story called´happy birthday school´ I found this easy because on the first thing we had to do was line up the word to the meaning of it. the next one was easy as well because in the book it said all the information about what the school´s did on there 100 birthday and the next 2 where all easy we had to compare the past and the present about what school did in the past and now and what should we do for are school´s 50 birthday. My next step is to compare it to another story i read.
