My Reflection 

We have been learning to use problem solving skills to solve tangram puzzles.

I found this tricky because it was my first time doing the mai ling tangram puzzle. 

I had to use resilience to stick with this and solve the puzzle. My next step is to try  solve the next tangram  and publish it to my blog.

My Reflection
I am learning to find a fraction of a set. I found this easy because i first found 1/5 (6) and then find 3/5 (6+6+6) =18
My next Step is to do more finding a fraction of a set.

I have been learning to find sets of Fraction. I was able to find a set of fractions.

I found this easy because i have been learning about it and been doing activities in my math book.

My next step is to find a set of fractions in %. 

Statishical Inquiry Cycle

My Reflection
I have been learning to conduct a simple statistical inquiry. I investigated what room 24's favourite online game was. I have discovered that roblox and minecraft were the most favourite online game in room 24. I was surprised that roblox was one of the favourite online games in the classroom. 
My next step is to learn how to display this data on a different type of graph. 

Parts of a Graph

My Reflection

I have been learning about the different parts of a graphs. 

I learnt that title, data , labels and scales are the most important parts. 

I found this easy because i remembered all the parts of a graph.

My next step is to create my own graph by collecting data.

W.a.l.t identify and describe 3D shapes using Mathematical launguage

Reflection

I found this easy because we learned about 3D shapes a while ago i enjoy  learning about 3D  shapes at school and at home too. My next step is to try do another one but harder. 

Learning to solve 6,7,8 time tables using 5 times tables

Reflection

I am learning to solve 6,7,8 times tables using 5 times tables.

I found this easy because i really enjoy math and i know my 6,7,8 time tables from hit the button game triangles did and i also play in my free time at home

My next step is to try solve 8,9 time tables using 6 times tables.

Place value Partitioning to Subtract

My Reflection

I have been learning to use place Value partitioning to solve subtraction problems. I found this hard because i could not find the answer to the question by myself and i needed help from my teacher (Mr's Melville). My next step is to do a different one and try my hardest to work 

it out by myself.

Telling the time in 5 minutes blocks

My Reflection

I have been learning to tell the time in 5 minute blocks. I found this hard  because i kinda now how to tell time because i struggle to figure out what one is the one for this and if it is Quarter to or Quarter past. My next step is to try my best to tell the time and get better at telling if it is Quarter to and Quarter past . 

Solving Multiplication problems with 2 Digit numbers

My Reflection

I have been learning to solve multiplication problems with 2 digit numbers.  I used place vale to solve this problem.  I found this tricky because i had to find out the Answer while i had to record and the answer to my Question was a very hard Question is 27x6 the answer was 162 it was very hard to solve it that is why i took so long to figure it out and to upload it to my blog.  Mu next step is to solve division problems with remainders.

Room 12's Favourite Ice Cream

I have been learning to collect data using a tally chart and show the result on a bar graph. I found it easy because all we needed to was ask people what is there favorite ice cream out of the are bar graph
I was surprised with the results because how many people love love cookie's and cream. My next step is to show the data on different types of graphs.

Sorting Numbers Venn Diagram Activity

My Reflection

I have been learning to Sort and classify number using a venn diagram.

I found This easy because I know to count in  2's , 5's 

my next step is to try something  a bit harder so i can get out of the learning pit.

WALT multiplying 10's 100's and 1000's and other tens numbers.

Reflection: Today iIworked with multiplying tens. I know that 4x2=8 so 4x20=80 I think it is fun multiplying larger numbers next time i want to try to multiplying 1000's.
