My Reflection

I have been learning to use my Knowledge 

of prefixes and suffixes to read and understand the meaning of words. 

A prefix is a is a group of letters that came at the beginning of the word that can change the meaning of the word.A suffix is a letter or a group of letters at the end of a word to form another word or new meaning. 

I found this hard because i had to learn this at the time my group had completed this and were ready to publish it and i was just starting to learn how to understand prefix,root words and suffixes.

my next learning step is to understand suffix or prefix. 

Summarising Information-camoflauge

                                                                             


   My Reflection 
I have been learning to find and summarise information in non-fiction texts.
I was surprised that all the amazing Information that i found on the internet
Like the the predators and lifespan but  the best part of this is you can learn
about learning about the animals that use camouflage and learning about why
camouflage is important?

My  next step is to make sure I Summarise the Information using my own words

Room 12's Favourite Ice Cream

I have been learning to collect data using a tally chart and show the result on a bar graph. I found it easy because all we needed to was ask people what is there favorite ice cream out of the are bar graph
I was surprised with the results because how many people love love cookie's and cream. My next step is to show the data on different types of graphs.

My Metaphor Poem

I have been learning to use metaphors to make it more interesting by making pictures in the readers head.
I found this piece of work tricky because I found it hard to come up with a metaphor. My next Step is to try come up with some better sounding metaphors.

I have been leaning to make connections to what I read.
I could make connection to this story because i know how it feel´ s when you lose something
My next Step is to make connection on every book i read.

I have been learning to Sort and classify number using a venn diagram.

I found This easy because I know to count in  2's , 5's 

my next step is to try something  a bit harder so i can get out of the learning pit.
